We have to produce an information sheet pretending we work for a sports and adventure summer camp. Here is my work.

Available Sports and Activities
If you want entertainment, there are plenty of options for you. Here are some of the most popular sports and adventures:
-Capture the flag
-Football
-Javelin Throwing
-Water war
-Paintball
-Bow and arrow
-Mountain bike
-Horse riding

Clothes and Equipment
It is not necessary to bring to many clothes. There are some essential things, the rest is up to you. Temperatures often hit 35°C and mosquitoes are present. But if you follow this cool rules, you’ll have a handle-free visit!

Sleeping Arrangements
In relation to Sleeping Arrangements the rooms they will be up to 4 people, boys on one side and girls on the other. The rooms will be made by us, so we make sure you could make new friends!!

Health and Safety!
To prevent you of getting injured, you have to make sure you listen and do everything the guides say. Also mosquitoes and sun are a problem, so don't forget about the sunscreen and repellent!

Welcome to our college, to our town! We hope you'll have an unforgettable stay and here are a few tips for you make even better your stay.

Healthy sports!
There are many interesting sports in town. Football, Rugby, Hockey, this are the most popular sports. The town also has lots of gyms.

In case of emergency!
If you have an emergency in the school, it has some doctors for help. If you are out of school, there is an hospital two blocks away, you will have the best service on town.

About dentists!
There are three different dentists near school. The closest one in the same block the school is. Again you will have the best service on town. There are the best ones.

Pharmacies!
In case you need something, there are plenty of pharmacies around. You will find one everywhere. There are very comfortable and accesibles.

Take this tips to get the most out of your stay. Enjoy it!

New Technology

Nowadays, internet have dominated our lives. It is constantly around us, everywhere we go. Many people say that it affects our human relationships, giving us a negative impact, nevertheless internet have its advantages.

There are those who believe that social media have completely affected communication between humans, and it is true but there are also advantages. Technology has been advancing through the years. With the invention of new apps, people communicate less. Nevertheless, even have to meet due to the fact that there are web cameras and microphones which make you feel as if you were next to the person; internet and social medias have many advantages such as the fact that we can meet people from all around the world. What is more, if we live abroad, we can be in contact with our family and friends. In addition, it allows all type of information from any part of the world.

In what refers to the future, there might be two possibilities. On the one hand, the one that has more chances to happen is us depending on the technology in all of our daily routine. Although we have one person next to us, we will use technology to communicate with . On the other hand, the other possibility is us being aware of the situation we are living, and stop using so much technology. With this last possibility people would be more united as they were in the last century.

As a conclusion, we can say that the internet really affects our communication. I partially agree since the internet has several advantages which we must have into consideration. Additionally, I think it will affect communication in the future unless we do something to solve it.

In the Uk Tour we visited the Cardiff Castle, we were asked to do a presentation about the Cardiff Castle Shelters. Here is my presentation.

Durante la clase de Cs, de la tierra, se nos dio la consigna de buscar una noticia "actual" relacionado con algún tema que corresponda a la materia con el fin de hacer un informe sobre la noticia. Acá les dejo mi informe.

Breve Relato
-En Junín se halló un cráneo de un oso gigante, donde el investigador del MLP y del CONICET señaló que este oso pertenece al género de los Arctotherium y que “corresponde seguramente al Pleistoceno tardío, con una antigüedad que no supera los 120 mil años”. El paleontólogo del Museo de La Plata y del CONICET, Leopoldo Soibelzon, aseguró que “encontrar un carnívoro ya es un hallazgo extraordinario, porque siempre están en menor número en los ecosistemas”. Al igual que el especialista en el estudio de osos gigantes afirma que, es un material excelente ya que no es lo más común encontrar un cráneo completo con mandíbula.

-El tema paleontología está relacionado con esta noticia ya que, la paleontología es la ciencia natural que estudia e interpreta el pasado de la vida sobre la Tierra a través de los fósiles. En este caso, el fósil es un cráneo, del cual se puede obtener información sobre qué tipo de especie es, de qué época pertenece, entre más información.
